Shipments and Returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 3 days after receipt of payment.

We will contact you if we do not have a product in stock.

Please allow ten business days from placing you order to receipt. Normally delivery is much quicker but please allow this time in case of unforseen delays.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. 


 If you are not satisfied with a product that you have bought, please return it to us for a full refund within 30 days and we will make a full refund. We regret however, that we cannot refund return postage costs for non-faulty it.ems

Ayurveda makes every effort to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of a product arriving damaged, customers should contact Customer Services within 3 days of receipt and return the package within 30 days, for a replacement to be sent.
