Dose for adults: 1-2 tablets 3 or 4 times a day or as frequently as required.

Myristica fragrans (nutmeg) 17/46 mg, Elettaria cardamomum (cardamom) 9/26 mg, Syzygium aromaticum (clove) 9/26 mg, Cinnamomum camphora (camphor) 7/19 mg, Zingiber officinale (ginger) 4/12 mg, Piper nigrum (black pepper) 4/12 mg, Piper longum (pippali) 4/12 mg, Mentha piperita (peppermint) 4/12 mg. Thickener acacia gum. Lubricant talcum. Anticaking agent silicon dioxide.
