Specific Dietary/Lifestyle Advice

Prefer light food, cow's ghee, green vegetables, old rice, grams. Avoid new rice, yoghurt, butter, fish, mustard, day sleep. Practice relaxation (we suggest Transcendental Meditation) and yoga asanas.
