Mixed with milk or water it makes a sumptuous drink which helps to strengthen the body and mind. It makes a refreshing cool drink in the summertime and a satisfying hot drink in winter. Added to warm milk, Almond Energy is a delicious caffeine-free alternative to hot chocolate.

Directions

Mix 2-3 teaspoons per cup of warm or cold milk according to taste. or it may be added to desserts or cereals.
