Fos-a-dophilus contains 6 strains of native bacteria. The inclusion of Bifidobacterium makes this product ideal for people aged 40 and over, as bifido bacteria are less easily replenished as we get older.

For those Travelling: Start taking Fos-a-dophilus for at least 7 days prior to the start of your journey. During travel take the recommended daily dose, and continue to do so for at least 7 days following the end of your travels.
