Cooling and soothing. A sweet, mild but exotic mix of coriander, fennel, cumin, sugar, cardamom, ginger, turmeric and cinnamon. Recommended during the summer months, in case of too much inner Pitta, with tomato dishes, or according to taste.
Directions
For use mainly with savoury food. IDEALLY first sauté the spice mix and then add it to food while it is cooking. OR 2) sprinkle the mix on food during cooking or at meal times
